This role supports the Entertainment Production team, serving as a central hub for coordinating planning, logistics, and execution across all projects. The team collaborates with a wide network of internal and external stakeholders, including Technical Entertainment disciplines, Art & Design, Operations, Talent Booking, and Universal Creative, to ensure seamless project delivery.
In this position, you will provide timely and accurate information critical to decision-making within a dynamic, changing environment. You will act as the first point of contact for team members, guests, and interdepartmental partners, applying company policies and procedures to support the completion of diverse projects ranging from video shoots to venue tours.
Your day-to-day involves managing complex logistics, including analyzing scheduling information to identify conflicts, coordinating space booking across the property, and overseeing the procurement of goods and services. You will also play a key role in maintaining safety and compliance by monitoring training requirements and ensuring team members meet seasonal performer standards. In the absence of a stage manager, you will oversee independent projects and compile necessary documentation for management.
