About the Role
We are seeking a polished and professional Concierge to join our team at a premium residential community in the Washington, DC area. This role is ideal for an outgoing, high-energy individual with a sincere interest in problem-solving and a strong background in residential hospitality.
As the face of the property, you will provide white-glove service and represent the luxury community with confidence and courtesy. You will thrive in a guest-facing environment, maintaining a visible and engaged presence in the lobby while fostering strong professional relationships with residents, guests, and visitors. The position requires a person who can run the front desk efficiently, manage package delivery flows, and coordinate concierge-style services with a calm demeanor under pressure.
