About the Role
We are seeking a polished and professional Doorman to join our team at a premium residential community in the Washington, DC area. This role is ideal for an outgoing, high-energy individual with a sincere interest in problem-solving and a strong background in residential hospitality.
As the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors, you will be the face of the property. Your presence sets the tone for the community, requiring you to represent the luxury environment with confidence, courtesy, and a welcoming demeanor. You will manage daily lobby operations, coordinate concierge-style services, and ensure a seamless experience for everyone entering the building.
The Day-to-Day
In this role, you will maintain a visible, engaged presence in the lobby, offering warm greetings and assisting with resident entry. Your day involves managing package delivery flows, providing directions and property information, and coordinating vendor check-ins. You will also monitor lobby activity to ensure safety protocols are followed and maintain the cleanliness and presentation standards of the front entrance. Effective communication with property management and residents is key to success in this guest-facing environment.
