SodexoMagic is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to lead culinary operations within the private Delta Sky Club at Miami International Airport. Our airport lounges are dedicated spaces designed for passengers to relax and rejuvenate while awaiting their next adventure. In this role, you will be the culinary anchor of the lounge, ensuring that every meal served reflects the highest standards of quality, safety, and innovation.
As part of this unique joint venture between NBA Hall of Famer Earvin "Magic" Johnson and Sodexo, you will help deliver creative culinary solutions to our clients and the communities we serve. You will manage purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, and food cost analysis while driving culinary innovations that delight travelers. The ideal candidate will possess a supervisory culinary background, a passion for food, and the ability to mentor a diverse team to embrace new trends.
