About the Role
As a Front Desk Agent, you are the face of our hotel, contributing to the first impressions of our guests and ensuring an exceptional experience from check-in through check-out. Whether working the mid-shift, evening-shift, or night shift, you will act as the primary point of contact for guest services, managing complaints, coordinating special requests, and supporting the Night Auditor with accounting duties.
Your role requires flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations while maintaining the highest standards of security, fire, health, and safety regulations. You will also serve your role and team in an environmentally conscious manner, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to hospitality excellence.
