The Role
We are seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine to lead our culinary team during our peak season. This is a hands-on, service-forward leadership position designed for a professional who thrives in a dynamic, high-volume environment. You will oversee diverse operations including banquets, private events, and additional outlets such as grill shacks and halfway houses. Success in this role requires a leader who can maintain strict systems and standards for prep discipline, sanitation, and execution consistency while keeping team morale high under pressure.
