We are seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine to lead our culinary team during our peak season. This is a hands-on, service-forward leadership position designed for a professional who thrives in a dynamic, high-volume environment. You will oversee diverse operations including banquets, private events, and additional outlets such as grill shacks and halfway houses.
