As a Front Desk Agent, you are the face of our hotel, contributing to the first impressions of our guests and ensuring an exceptional experience from check-in through check-out. Whether working the mid-shift or evening shift, you will serve as the primary point of contact for guest services, managing complaints, coordinating special requests, and supporting the Night Auditor with accounting duties.
Your role requires flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations while maintaining the highest standards of grooming and communication. You will act as a vital link between departments, ensuring that early departures, room changes, and guest needs are communicated effectively. We also encourage all team members to serve their role and the team in an environmentally conscious manner.
To successfully fill this role, we look for candidates who demonstrate a positive attitude, a commitment to high-level customer service, and excellent communication skills. While two years of front desk experience and knowledge of the hospitality industry are advantageous, we are committed to finding individuals who embody our values and are eager to grow with us.
