As the Executive Sous Chef, you will be a pivotal member of our kitchen leadership team. You will directly support the Corporate Chef in all aspects of Back of House operations, overseeing kitchen workflows to ensure safety, quality, recipe accuracy, and financial profitability. When the Corporate Chef is away, you will be responsible for the safety and success of the kitchen. Your day will involve coaching and developing heart-of-house employees, managing scheduling and training, and ensuring all mechanical systems remain compliant with federal, state, and local ordinances. You will foster a culture of continuous learning, sharing new culinary knowledge while maintaining rigorous standards for food safety and sanitation.
