About the Team
Founded in 2001 by Eric Jensen, Booker Vineyard & Winery is renowned for its premium estate wines grown on an 85-acre organic and regenerative vineyard in westside Paso Robles. Our wines are celebrated among California's finest. In 2021, we unveiled a state-of-the-art visitor center featuring underground wine caves and a tasting lounge integrated with the vineyard environment. Our operations are solar-powered, and the vineyard holds CCOF and Regenerative Organic Certified® status.
About the Role
The Reservations Coordinator is the heartbeat of our Visitor Center & Events team, dedicated to delivering exceptional visitor experiences and world-class customer service. As the primary point of contact for hospitality and events, you will manage the flow of guests through online bookings, phone inquiries, and group reservations. This role is about more than just scheduling; it is about modeling exemplary customer service techniques and ensuring every guest leaves with enthusiasm and appreciation for our wines, history, and property.
You will serve as a knowledgeable resource, guiding guests through wine purchases, event details, and the unique story of our regenerative vineyard. Working closely with the Senior Manager of Hospitality and Events, you will help manage costs and resources while ensuring our brand mission is highlighted in every interaction. This position requires a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to support our busy visitor center.

Key Responsibilities

- check_circleMaintain current knowledge of winery operations, viticulture, and wine pairing
- check_circleManage online bookings, troubleshoot issues, and send email confirmations

Requirements
- verifiedHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- verifiedMust be at least 21 years of age
- verifiedValid driver's license
- verifiedProficient with PC software including Microsoft Word and Excel
- verifiedIntermediate math skills
- verifiedKnowledge of wines, the wine industry, and Willamette Valley
Nice to Have
1-3 years of experience in a high-volume, luxury retail, restaurant, or hospitality environment. Prior knowledge of reservation software (Tock, WineDirect, etc.). Foreign language skills.
