About the Role
This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations and staffing for the kitchen and dining venues of the community. You will manage and supervise all Culinary Services staff, ensuring high satisfaction levels are maintained through regular interaction with residents and family members. The role involves collaborating with the restaurant manager to create a restaurant-style dining atmosphere and ensuring seamless coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house teams to exceed expectations.
You will play a key role in planning and executing Engage Life events, special banquets, and theme meals. Additionally, you will work closely with the Community Sales Director to market the community through initiatives like "Taste of Atria – Road Shows." The position requires a hands-on approach, assisting staff with operations across all stations as needed, while maintaining strict adherence to company standards and health code requirements.

Requirements
- verified5+ years Culinary Experience in hospitality industry
