About the Role

Join us in taking our business to another level, and give back to the communities that give so much to us. The Food Service Assistant Manager works in support of the store management team to facilitate the completion of all store-level tasks. This role is essential to ensuring an exceptional customer experience that supports our purpose to "Leave 'em Better."

In this position, you will serve as a vital link between the team and our guests. You will greet customers, provide menu information and suggestions, and prepare foods such as tacos, chicken, and sides according to customer specifications. Beyond food preparation, you will maintain a clean and safe environment by sanitizing work stations, dishes, and equipment. You will also step up to lead and supervise team members effectively, ensuring all store operations run smoothly in the absence of the Food Service Manager.
