About the Role
As the Grill Restaurant Outlet Chef, you will be the culinary leader responsible for the selection, training, and performance management of the Culinary Team. You will oversee the daily activities of the kitchen, ensuring efficient operations and strict adherence to established safety and quality standards. Your day will involve working closely with Culinary leadership to develop creative event themes and menus, while managing division activities through the Food and Beverage Team to ensure guest expectations are consistently exceeded.
You will facilitate monthly department meetings, attend daily meetings to review contracts and upcoming events, and maintain on-going communication across all departments. From managing food inventories to responding to internal and external inquiries, you will ensure that administrative tasks are completed with accuracy and efficiency. This role requires a professional, enthusiastic demeanor capable of handling stressful situations with shifting priorities, while fostering favorable relations with residents, members, guests, and employees.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's Degree or 5-6 years related experience
- verifiedFluent English reading, writing, and speaking
- verifiedPrevious food and wine experience
- verifiedWorking knowledge of restaurant equipment
- verifiedNecessary State Food Handler's License(s)
- verifiedFamiliarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
