As a Front Office team member, you serve as the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring every guest experience begins with a warm and professional interaction. This role is central to our mission of delivering superior service standards, acting as the primary point of contact for guest registration, reservations, and daily inquiries. You will work closely with various departments to coordinate seamless operations, from managing luggage and transportation to resolving guest concerns with empathy and efficiency.
Your day involves a dynamic blend of administrative precision and hospitality. You will manage the full guest lifecycle, from assigning rooms based on specific preferences and VIP status to handling complex accounting procedures like currency exchange and folio adjustments. Beyond the front desk, you will act as a concierge, providing directions, amenities information, and assistance with transportation. You are expected to uphold our "10-5 rule," ensuring every guest feels acknowledged and valued, while navigating a fast-paced environment with flexibility and creative problem-solving.
