Day in the Life
As a Prep Cook, you will follow daily prep lists and prepare specific recipes for service while maintaining a clean and organized workstation. Your day involves ensuring proper recipe adherence, verifying that the correct recipe is displayed on the monitor during preparation, and keeping floor surfaces clean, dry, and free from debris. You will demonstrate basic knowledge of cooking equipment, including startup, shut down, and shift maintenance, while strictly following all safety guidelines and using PPE when applicable.

Requirements
