This position serves as the vital first and last impression for our guests. You will be the primary point of contact, responsible for greeting guests, escorting them to their tables, and ensuring a quality dining experience from arrival to departure. Beyond seating, you will supervise and coordinate the activities of the dining room, managing the seating chart, organizing reservations, and synchronizing guest flow with the kitchen and service staff.
Your day will involve maintaining a welcoming environment by ensuring entry doors and menus are pristine, communicating special requests and accessibility needs, and resolving any issues that arise to ensure every guest feels comfortable, valued, and attended to. You will act as the hub of communication between servers, management, and the kitchen to guarantee seamless timing and service.
