The General Manager serves as the organizational leader for the facility, acting as the primary liaison between corporate staff, vendors, and venue partners. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless execution of all facility operations, from staffing and finance to marketing, production, and maintenance. The position requires a strategic thinker who can navigate the complexities of venue launch and ongoing operations while maintaining strict compliance with federal and local safety regulations.
In this capacity, you will lead cross-functional teams to establish the annual operating calendar, define programming strategies, and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships. The role involves a significant transition phase, requiring close collaboration with development, construction, and ownership teams to finalize operational protocols, staffing plans, and vendor contracts as the venue moves from construction to full operation.
