The Housekeeping Supervisor serves as a vital partner to the Executive Housekeeper, driving the operational excellence of both the housekeeping and laundry departments. This role exists to ensure a welcoming and well-maintained hotel environment by upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and guest service. As a leader within the team, you will coordinate daily operations, supervise staff, and monitor quality to enhance the overall guest experience.
This position requires an active presence throughout the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. The role involves frequent standing, walking, bending, and stooping, as well as the ability to lift and carry objects up to 20 lbs. While primarily an indoor role, occasional outdoor tasks may be required. The schedule is flexible to meet hotel needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
