About the Role
As a Food Service Shift Leader, you will be the backbone of our store operations, working in close support of the management team to ensure a seamless guest experience. This role is designed for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to lead by example.
In this position, you will facilitate the completion of all store-level tasks, ranging from food preparation and cash register operations to general housekeeping. You will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience that aligns with our core purpose. Your day will involve greeting guests, providing menu expertise, and preparing signature items like tacos and chicken to exact specifications. Beyond the kitchen, you will maintain a clean and safe environment, manage inventory, and supervise team members, stepping in to lead all store operations in the absence of the Food Service Manager.
