About the Role
The Food Service Shift Leader is a vital partner to the store management team, ensuring the seamless completion of all store-level tasks. This role is designed to facilitate an exceptional customer experience that directly supports our mission to "Leave 'em Better."
In this position, you will step into a leadership capacity, responsible for all store operations while on-duty in the absence of the Food Service Manager. You will lead by example, coaching team members on company policies and procedures while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. From preparing signature tacos and chicken to managing the front-of-house guest experience, you will be the face of our Texas values in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements
