About the Role

The Food Service Shift Leader works in support of the store management team to facilitate the completion of all store-level tasks. This role is pivotal in ensuring an exceptional customer experience that supports our purpose to "Leave 'em Better."

You will be the face of the store in the absence of the Food Service Manager, responsible for leading and supervising team members effectively. Your day will involve a dynamic mix of food preparation, customer service, and general housekeeping. You'll greet customers, prepare and serve foods like tacos and chicken according to their specifications, and provide menu information and suggestions. Beyond the front line, you'll operate cooking equipment, maintain a clean and sanitized work environment, and ensure proper stock levels.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces being a team player, and is eager to lead by example. You will participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals while ensuring the proper execution of store-level marketing programs.
