As a Restaurant General Manager (RGM), you will lead the operation of our restaurants, ensuring they meet GPS Hospitality's rigorous standards for quality, service, and cleanliness. This role is not a solo endeavor; you will work closely with a dedicated team of managers to drive success. You will be responsible for the overall performance of the restaurant, balancing operational excellence with financial goals through a strong, performance-based bonus program.
In this position, you will serve as the face of the restaurant, developing and improving public relations through frequent contact with the community, business partners, and the public. You will also play a pivotal role in talent development, training and mentoring Assistant Managers and Manager Trainees to build the next generation of leaders. Success in this role requires the ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume setting while maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.
To join our team, please ensure you meet the core requirements, including 3-5 years of General Manager experience in a restaurant or retail setting, a valid driver's license, and authorization to work in the US.
