The Restaurant General Manager (RGM) is the leader of the restaurant operation, holding overall responsibility for the success of the location. This role is not a solitary one; the RGM works closely with a dedicated team of managers to drive performance. You will be the face of the restaurant, ensuring outstanding service and satisfied guests while fostering a culture of growth and development.
In this position, you will work all shifts, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, late night, and weekends, to stay connected with the pulse of the business. Your day-to-day involves executing accurate projections and schedules, maintaining strict safety and cleanliness protocols, and managing cash and inventory controls. Beyond operations, you will serve as a key liaison with the public, business partners, and community organizations to enhance the restaurant's public relations and successfully implement marketing promotions.
