About the Role
As a Restaurant Manager, you will operate a high-volume restaurant where the constant evaluation of the guest experience is of the utmost importance. Your day will be defined by your tableside presence, where you will receive feedback and address concerns directly, ensuring the atmosphere, food, drinks, and service meet our exacting standards.
You will serve as a hands-on coach and leader for our Front of House (FOH) team, providing critical feedback and developing superior menu knowledge and enhanced service steps. From leading inspirational pre-service meetings to managing the full lifecycle of hourly team members—including interviewing, hiring, scheduling, and training—you will be instrumental in creating BPA experiences for both our guests and your team.
This role also encompasses essential financial responsibilities, such as inventory management, ordering, tip distribution, timecard adjustments, and reconciling cash and credit card transactions. You will be a servant-style leader who is highly organized, possesses excellent attention to detail, and embodies the spirit of hospitality.
