About the Role
Chuy's - Waco is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Line Cook to join our culinary team. Whether you are available for full-time or part-time shifts, you will operate under the direction of our culinary management team. Your primary mission is to execute all line station menu items to exact recipe and plate presentation specifications, ensuring every dish is prepared in a safe, sanitary manner and delivered within specific production times.
You will be the backbone of our kitchen service, prioritizing cooking and preparation times to ensure timely delivery of guest meals. From setting up your station with sufficient product and utensils to adjusting ingredients for special guest requests, your role requires a proactive approach to teamwork and cooperation. You will also be responsible for maintaining an organized food storage area and ensuring all work stations and equipment are properly cleaned to set the next shift up for success.
