The Restaurant General Manager serves as the cornerstone of our dining experience, responsible for cultivating a culture that deeply reflects our company values. Reporting directly to the District Manager, this role is pivotal in orchestrating daily operations to ensure guests leave satisfied and employees feel empowered.
You will be the face of the restaurant, managing the full spectrum of operations from financial performance and inventory control to food safety and personnel development. Your day involves making critical daily decisions, scheduling shifts, and maintaining the highest standards of product quality and cleanliness. Whether you are analyzing financial variances, resolving guest complaints to turn them into loyal patrons, or coaching staff to become future leaders, your focus remains on optimizing profits while fostering a safe, harmonious, and productive working environment.
Candidates selected for this role will be expected to work a 50-hour week, covering at least two opening, two mid-day, and one closing shift, including three of the busiest days of the week. Success in this position requires a commitment to upholding all ServSafe guidelines and maintaining a safe, secure environment for both staff and guests.
