About the Role
As a General Manager, you will lead a high-performing team and oversee the success of a beloved neighborhood bakery-cafe. You will take full ownership of operations, making strategic decisions that create an environment where your team thrives and guests feel the signature Panera Warmth. Every shift is an opportunity to celebrate, ensuring that every guest is delighted by the quality of our food, service, and staff.
Your day-to-day involves building engaging relationships that lead to long-term, loyal guests while maintaining a healthy and safe workplace.
