CHN Housing Partners is a seasoned non-profit organization based in Cleveland, Ohio, dedicated to solving major housing challenges for low-income people and under-served communities. As a developer, housing service provider, and residential mortgage lender, we work in partnership to preserve and expand affordable housing across Ohio and neighboring states like Michigan.
Through our collective efforts, we have developed over 7,000 affordable homes and serve more than 60,000 families annually. We believe that investing in affordable housing is an investment in families, communities, and the economy. Our mission is rooted in the power of the permanent address, striving to build equitable communities where residents can thrive.
The Resident Service Coordinator (RSC) serves as the vital on-site link between residents and the resources they need to succeed. In this role, you will build meaningful relationships within CHN's multi-family properties, fostering strong community networks and resident engagement.
Your day-to-day involves assessing individual needs—ranging from health and wellness to housing stability—and providing the guidance necessary to connect residents with appropriate programs and resources. You will also play an active role in building community by planning and hosting enrichment activities and workshops. Because our residents' needs extend beyond standard business hours, this position often requires alternative work availability, including evenings and weekends, to ensure program goals are met and community bonds are strengthened.
If you are looking for a career where your work makes a positive and lasting difference in the community, CHN offers a supportive environment with opportunities for on-the-job training and professional development. We provide a comprehensive benefits package designed to support our employees, including medical, dental, and vision plans, paid leave, life insurance, and a 401K plan.
CHN Housing Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We consider qualified applicants regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or veteran status. We are committed to building a diverse workforce that reflects the communities we serve.
