About the Role

Reporting to the Director of Managed Care Programs, the Lead Care Manager (LCM) Supervisor oversees the day-to-day administration of programming activities and provides direct supervision to a team of Lead Care Managers. This role is pivotal in ensuring that staff implement program practices consistent with organizational policies, managed care contracts, and the agency's treatment philosophy.

The position requires applying sound judgment to adapt general guidelines to specific situations while maintaining knowledge of care regulations, personnel policies, and supervisory techniques. In addition to leadership duties, the supervisor will perform direct service tasks as needed to support departmental goals. The role demands a Whole Person Care approach, integrating physical health, mental health, and substance use services.
