Our diverse team of Clinicians at our eight Behavioral Health Centers in Dutchess and Ulster Counties offers person-centered and community-informed support to anyone seeking to make a positive change in their lives, no matter their background. About the Role
We are seeking a Child & Adolescent Clinician skilled in providing mental health therapy to youth ages 3 to 17. In this immersive role, you will serve the community through hands-on outpatient mental health services while being surrounded by an encouraging and knowledgeable team dedicated to your professional growth.
You will work with children, adolescents, and their families to support growth and development. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage in individual and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities to address the unique needs of each client. Full-time Clinicians receive 12 hours of paid professional development time annually to attend training or conferences that meet their individual learning needs and interests. Additionally, our Behavioral Health Centers are eligible for the Substance Use Disorder Treatment and Recovery Loan Repayment Program (STAR LRP) through the federal Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA), providing student loan repayment funds in exchange for a commitment to work at an approved facility.
