The Clinical Director (internally known as Program Director) leads the East Bay Wraparound program, a family-centered, community-based initiative offering highly individualized mental health and behavioral services for youth and families. This role is pivotal in directing the delivery of effective, high-quality services for youth and young adults.
In this position, you will oversee all aspects of service planning and delivery, manage program and resource development, and lead personnel efforts including hiring, evaluation, coaching, and training. You will manage multiple funding streams and serve as the primary representative for the agency with funders, governmental agencies, and community providers. The role requires providing leadership that aligns with applicable regulations, agency policy, values, and mission, while ensuring culturally responsive care that addresses the developmental milestones of children and young adults.

One-year post-graduate school experience with program target population (e.g., intellectually disabled, homeless, teens, young adults, SED). One year experience with program modality (e.g., school-based, residential, mobile/community-based, assertive community treatment, wraparound). Demonstrated ability to assess, triage, and organize work. Experience in using a strength-based, culturally competent approach to supervision, participant, and community service. Experience with relevant evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed approaches). Experience in effectively using behavioral, crisis management, and family/individual/group therapy skills. Fluency in prevailing language(s) of the community services.
