About the Role
As an Assistant Case Manager – Case Aide, you will join a mission-driven team committed to serving with integrity, compassion, and accountability. This role is more than a job; it is an opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of children and families. You will support children and families under the direction of a Case Manager, providing direct services, coordinating appointments, and supervising parent-child visits. Your day-to-day work involves building trusting relationships, ensuring client safety during transportation, and documenting interactions with attention to detail.
This position offers a clear path for growth. After four years of successful service, you will be eligible for promotion to the DCS Specialist Trainee position.
