In this role, you will serve as a vital link between families, schools, healthcare facilities, and community resources. Your day-to-day involves assessing family service needs, coordinating collaborative efforts to remediate problems, and preventing abuse or neglect. You will present cases for staffing, conduct family-child team meetings, and advocate with medical or governmental institutions to secure the best outcomes for the youth you serve.

Hiring Process
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in social work or a related human services field, along with relevant state licensing and certifications. The selection process includes a review of qualifications, including specific training requirements such as CCS Bootcamp and Client-Centered Service Planning. Successful candidates will undergo background checks (criminal and CANTS) and must demonstrate the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in social work or related human services field
- verifiedMinimum of 1 year of related experience
- verifiedState licensing/certification from Illinois DCFS
- verifiedChild Welfare Employee License (CWEL) or ability to obtain
- verifiedChild Endangerment Risk Assessment Protocol (CERAP)
- verifiedTraining in KEEP and/or GenerationsPMTO or availability to participate
- verifiedSuccessful completion of CCS Bootcamp
- verifiedSuccessful completion of Client-Centered Service Planning and Aftercare Planning Training
