Brighton Center is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide direct therapeutic services to children, helping them acquire and master functional skills to overcome limitations caused by disabilities or developmental delays. This role is vital to our mission of supporting families and communities through comprehensive care.
Occupational Therapists at Brighton Center serve the organization as a whole. Following the interview process, program placement—whether in our Pediatric Therapy Clinic or Early Childhood/Early Intervention services—is determined based on your specific strengths, experience, and the organization's current needs. You will deliver services across a variety of settings, including clinics, homes, and community environments, requiring flexibility, independent work, and travel within the service area.
At Brighton Center, our Core Values are at the heart of our organization and embedded in every role. We foster a supportive, professional, and collaborative environment where teamwork is essential. We value individuals who demonstrate ethical behavior, professional judgment, and the ability to work sensitively with families from diverse cultural orientations. We seek team members who are self-motivated, capable of working with minimal supervision, and committed to continuous self-improvement.
Candidates will be interviewed to assess their fit for the organization and specific program needs. Placement decisions are made after the interview process to align candidate strengths with organizational requirements. Successful candidates will be expected to represent the agency professionally to clients, staff, and the community.
