We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team and make a tangible difference in the lives of our residents. This role goes beyond clinical duties; it focuses on providing quality health care while mentoring and training team members to ensure the highest standard of well-being for our community.
In this position, you will serve as a vital liaison between residents, their families, and the community. You will be responsible for conducting nursing assessments, developing personalized quality service plans, and monitoring residents' conditions to respond effectively to changing health needs. Your expertise will be essential in educating staff on care procedures and best practices, as well as maintaining accurate health records and ensuring compliance with state guidelines and company policies.
