About the Role

As an experienced Registered Nurse on our Neurological unit, you will be the cornerstone of patient-centered care for individuals with complex neurological conditions. This role exists to bridge the gap between acute medical intervention and holistic recovery, ensuring seamless coordination among physicians, therapists, and support staff. You will not only manage critical care tasks but also serve as an educator and mentor, guiding patients, families, and new nurses through their healthcare journey.

Your day will be defined by dynamic clinical assessments, precise medication administration, and the implementation of individualized care plans. From recognizing stroke symptoms to managing ventilator basics, you will apply your expertise to monitor patient conditions and execute rapid interventions when needed.
