Our state-of-the-art Neurological unit is designed to support the highest standards of patient safety and clinical excellence.
We are seeking New Grad RN Residents to join our Neurological unit. This role is designed to bridge the gap between academic preparation and professional practice through a structured nurse residency program. You will deliver safe, high-quality nursing care under the guidance of experienced RN preceptors, participating in classroom learning and simulation to build your confidence and competence.
In this position, you will be an integral part of an interdisciplinary team, collaborating with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to implement comprehensive care plans. Your day-to-day will involve performing detailed neurological assessments, monitoring patient status, administering medications, and providing education to patients and their families regarding diagnoses and discharge instructions. You will also contribute to a culture of teamwork and compassion while adhering to strict hospital safety and infection control standards.
Candidates must possess an active Texas RN license or multistate compact RN license by the start date. The selection process includes a review of qualifications, verification of BLS certification (AHA or equivalent), and completion of a background check and immunization compliance review. Successful candidates will be enrolled in our accredited nurse residency program.
