We are seeking a Registered Nurse Resident to join our state-of-the-art Neurological unit. This entry-level RN role is designed to launch your nursing career through robust clinical and professional development programs. You will deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care, performing comprehensive neuro assessments, administering medications, and monitoring complex patients.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, to educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge plans. Your day-to-day responsibilities include documenting care accurately in the EMR and adhering to hospital policies regarding safety and infection control. This role offers a supportive environment with mentorship opportunities to help you grow as a professional in acute care and neurology.

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (preferred or obtained within timeframe). Completion of an accredited nursing program with a BSN. Prior clinical rotation or capstone experience in acute care or neurology.
