In this full-time, on-site position, you will provide advanced, patient-centered care to neurological patients across the continuum of care. You will perform comprehensive assessments, manage medications and IV therapy, and coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team of physicians, therapists, and support staff. This role is designed for an experienced Registered Nurse who thrives in a dynamic environment where clinical decision-making and prioritization are essential for patient safety and recovery.
You will play a critical part in the recovery journey of our patients by educating them and their families on diagnoses, treatments, and discharge plans. Your expertise will help implement individualized care plans and ensure adherence to infection control practices and regulatory compliance. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to precept and mentor new nurses while participating in ongoing professional development and unit-based projects.
