As a Registered Nurse on our Neurological unit, you will deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care that goes beyond standard protocols. You will partner closely with physicians, therapists, and the broader interdisciplinary team to develop and update care plans that address the unique needs of acute neurological patients. Your day will involve conducting thorough neuro assessments, managing IV therapies and medications safely, and responding to emergencies with rapid, evidence-based interventions. Beyond clinical duties, you will play a vital role in educating patients and families about diagnoses and discharge plans, while actively supporting quality and safety initiatives on the unit.
