At Behavioral Health Works, we are dedicated to helping children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) thrive through personalized ABA therapy. Our team of BCBAs, Supervisors, and Behavior Technicians works closely with families to build essential skills, celebrate wins, and make a real impact within a supportive, growth-focused environment.
We are looking for fun, energetic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians/RBTs. In this part-time capacity (5–15 hours per week), you will help teach communication, social, play, and everyday life skills using ABA therapy. This role is designed for those passionate about making a difference and wanting to grow with a fast-moving team.
No prior RBT certification is required; we provide the necessary training and cover the associated costs. You will be an integral part of delivering in-home and community-based therapy, tracking client progress, and engaging with active children in a meaningful way.
We encourage you to apply if you have experience or a passion for roles such as Paraprofessional, Caregiver, Youth Coach, Special Education, Social Work, or related fields. We also welcome candidates working towards or holding degrees in Education, Psychology, Sociology, Human Development, or Early Childhood Education.
To join us, you must be available for a minimum of 4 days a week (after 3 PM) for 4 hours per day. Please ensure you have reliable transportation and access to a smartphone or similar device with internet services to capture client session data.
