About the Role
We are seeking fun, energetic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians/RBTs. In this part-time capacity (5–15 hours per week), you will help teach communication, social, play, and everyday life skills using ABA therapy. This role is designed for those passionate about making a difference who want to grow with a fast-moving team.
No prior RBT certification is required; we provide the necessary training and cover the associated costs. You will be an integral part of delivering in-home and community-based therapy, tracking client progress, and engaging with active children in a dynamic setting.
Hiring Process

We also welcome candidates working towards or holding degrees in Education, Psychology, Sociology, Human Development, or Early Childhood Education.
To join our team, you must meet the minimum availability of 4 days a week for 4 hours a day (starting after 3 PM), possess reliable transportation for client sessions, and have access to a smartphone or similar device with internet services for capturing session data.
