About the Role
We are looking for fun, energetic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians/RBTs. In this part-time capacity (5–15 hours per week), you will help teach communication, social, play, and everyday life skills using ABA therapy. Whether in-home or community-based, your role is vital in tracking client progress and engaging with active children.
No prior RBT certification? No problem. We provide the necessary training and cover the associated costs, making this an ideal opportunity for those passionate about making a difference and growing with a fast-moving team. This role is perfect for those seeking a flexible schedule that balances work with other commitments, with shifts typically starting after 3 PM.
