At Behavioral Health Works, our mission is to help children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) thrive through personalized ABA therapy. Our team of BCBAs, Supervisors, and Behavior Technicians works closely with families to build essential skills, celebrate wins, and make a real impact within a supportive, growth-focused environment.
We are seeking fun, energetic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians/RBTs. In this part-time capacity (5–15 hours per week), you will help teach communication, social, play, and everyday life skills using ABA therapy. This role is designed for those passionate about making a difference who want to grow with a fast-moving team.
No prior RBT certification is required; we provide the training and cover the associated costs. You will be an integral part of our in-home and community-based therapy efforts, working directly with clients to foster development and independence.
We encourage you to apply if you have experience or a passion for roles such as Paraprofessional, Caregiver, Youth Coach, Special Education, Social Work, or related fields. We also welcome candidates working towards or holding degrees in Education, Psychology, Sociology, Human Development, or Early Childhood Education.
To join us, please submit your application highlighting your relevant background and availability. We look forward to meeting you and discussing how you can contribute to our mission.
