At Behavioral Health Works, our mission is to help children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) thrive through personalized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. We are a supportive, growth-focused team of BCBAs, Supervisors, and Behavior Technicians dedicated to working closely with families to build essential skills and celebrate every win.
We are seeking fun, energetic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians (RBTs). In this part-time capacity (5–15 hours per week), you will serve as a vital link in our care network, teaching communication, social, play, and everyday life skills directly in clients' homes and community settings. This role is designed for those passionate about making a tangible difference in the lives of children with developmental disabilities.
No prior RBT certification? No problem. We provide comprehensive training and cover all associated costs, making this an ideal opportunity for those looking to launch or grow a career in behavioral health. You will work alongside a fast-moving team that values your energy and commitment to active, engaging therapy sessions.
We encourage you to apply if you have experience or a passion for roles such as Paraprofessional, Caregiver, Youth Coach, Special Education, Social Work, or related fields. We also welcome candidates currently working towards or holding degrees in Education, Psychology, Sociology, Human Development, or Early Childhood Education.
To be considered, please ensure you meet the minimum availability requirements of 4 days a week for 4 hours per day (starting after 3 PM) and have reliable transportation to travel to client sessions. A smartphone or similar device with internet access is required to capture client session data.
We foster an environment where professional growth is a priority. Whether you are leveling up your skills or starting your journey in ABA therapy, you will find a team that supports your development. We believe in flexible schedules that allow for work-life balance and are committed to reimbursing travel costs to ensure our technicians can focus on what matters most: the children we serve.
