The Regional Sanitation Supervisor is the guardian of hygiene and safety across our regional processing facilities in Washington and Georgia. Reporting to the Senior Food Safety Manager, this role ensures that sanitation practices are executed flawlessly in accordance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
You will serve as the bridge between sanitation teams and plant operations, maintenance, and Food Safety & Quality teams. Your mission is to drive continuous improvement in sanitation processes and hygienic design, ensuring that our facilities remain safe environments for both our products and our people. This position requires a leader who can verify sanitation effectiveness, supervise personnel, and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
Your work will be dynamic and travel-intensive, with a schedule split between Washington (60%) and Georgia (40%). You will navigate the unique challenges of seasonal production, managing 2nd shift operations in Washington and 3rd shift operations in Georgia. Your day involves coordinating sanitation activities, supervising teams, and conducting rigorous verification activities like ATP testing and visual inspections. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to address sanitation challenges, validate procedures, and ensure our facilities are audit-ready for regulatory bodies like the FDA and USDA.
Candidates selected for this role will be expected to meet company standards for driving eligibility, including a verifiable history of safe vehicle operation and a clean driving record verified through a background check.
