About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our integrated care team. In this role, you will serve as a vital partner in delivering evidence-based psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment. Your work will focus on helping individuals achieve their mental wellness goals through a holistic blend of pharmacotherapy and psychotherapy.
You will operate within a supportive environment that values client empowerment. Day-to-day, you will conduct thorough psychiatric assessments, formulate accurate diagnoses, and manage individualized treatment plans. Beyond clinical duties, you will engage in meaningful therapeutic interventions, offering psychoeducation and crisis stabilization while collaborating closely with psychiatrists, therapists, and care coordinators to ensure seamless, integrated care for every patient.
