About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our collaborative care team. In this role, you will be an integral partner in providing comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment. You will deliver evidence-based pharmacotherapy and psychotherapy, working closely with patients to help them achieve their mental wellness goals.

This position requires a commitment to our core values of empathy and client empowerment. You will work within a multidisciplinary team—including psychiatrists, therapists, and social workers—to ensure integrated care. Your day-to-day will involve conducting thorough assessments, formulating accurate diagnoses, and managing individualized treatment plans that may include medication management, psychotherapy, and lifestyle interventions. You will also play a key role in providing crisis intervention, psychoeducation, and connecting patients with community resources.

Requirements
