About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled, compassionate, and patient-centered Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment services to our diverse client population. The PMHNP will play a key role in our collaborative care team, delivering evidence-based pharmacotherapy and psychotherapy to support individuals on their mental wellness journey.
This position requires clinical excellence, cultural competence, and a strong commitment to Mindify Wellness and Care's values of empathy, innovation, and client empowerment. While this role is primarily remote, it may require onsite presence in Asbury Park, NJ as needed to foster team connection and support specific client needs.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleConduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and follow-up assessments
- check_circleDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based pharmacotherapy and psychotherapy
- check_circlePrescribe and manage psychotropic medications and order and interpret lab results
- check_circleProvide psychoeducation, crisis intervention, and supportive therapy to patients and families
- check_circleCollaborate closely with psychiatrists, therapists, primary care providers, and case managers
- check_circleMaintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR and ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards

Requirements
- verifiedMaster's or Doctorate degree from accredited PMHNP program
- verifiedActive RN and APRN licenses in New Jersey
- verifiedPMHNP-BC certification by ANCC or equivalent
- verifiedCurrent DEA registration with prescriptive authority in NJ
- verifiedMinimum 2 years clinical experience as PMHNP
