About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our collaborative care team. In this role, you will be an integral part of delivering comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment. You will provide evidence-based pharmacotherapy and psychotherapy, working closely with patients to help them achieve their mental wellness goals.
This position requires clinical excellence and strong communication skills. You will work within a multidisciplinary team—including psychiatrists, therapists, social workers, and primary care providers—to ensure integrated and seamless patient care. Your day-to-day will involve conducting thorough psychiatric assessments, formulating accurate diagnoses, and developing individualized treatment plans that incorporate medication management, psychotherapy, and lifestyle interventions.
