The Intensive Home-Based Treatment (IHBT) program is a vital component of the Pediatric Behavioral Health Integration division at The Centers. As one of the oldest and largest health and human services organizations in Northeast Ohio, The Centers & Circle Health Services serve over 30,000 people annually. Together, we lead the way in providing an innovative, integrated model to create life-changing solutions for our community. Our progressive, interdisciplinary approach brings together psychiatry, primary care, pharmacy, and social work to ensure our staff are integral parts of a comprehensive health and wellness team.
We are seeking a passionate Manager to help expand our IHBT program. This position is designed for an independent thinker who thrives in a collaborative team environment and is eager to grow a specialized service. The IHBT Manager will provide both clinical and administrative oversight to a dedicated team of clinicians.
The IHBT program focuses on youth at risk of out-of-home placements, such as inpatient hospitalization or residential treatment. Our goal is to help young people avoid these placements or successfully transition home to live and function in their schools and communities. Services are provided around the clock within the community and home, with telehealth available when clinically indicated.
In this role, you will supervise a team managing small caseloads of 6-7 youth each. This intimate scale allows clinicians to dedicate 3-5 hours per week to each client and family, building engagement to address behavioral health needs, build resilience, and empower families to utilize their support systems. The Manager will participate in a 24/5 on-call rotation, responding to clinical consultations and providing supervisory backup to ensure continuous care.
Interested candidates should submit their application through The Centers' career portal. The selection process typically involves a review of qualifications, followed by an interview with the hiring team to assess clinical acumen, leadership style, and cultural fit. We value diverse perspectives and are committed to building a team that reflects the community we serve.
The Centers & Circle Health Services are committed to creating an equitable, inclusive, and cooperative environment. We are an equal opportunity employer and consider qualified applicants regardless of background, race, gender, or identity. We actively seek individuals who demonstrate cultural intelligence, respect for divergent viewpoints, and a sensitivity to the diverse populations we serve.
We believe that supporting our staff's well-being is just as important as the care we provide to our clients. As a National Health Service Corps site, you may be eligible for substantial assistance toward paying off student loan debt through the HRSA Loan Repayment Programs. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision plans, employer-paid long-term disability, and a competitive 5% defined contribution (401k) toward retirement. We also offer access to financial advisors, nutrition and fitness coaches, professional development assistance, and a generous paid time off program.
